At Yumfluence, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, including downloadable PDFs, meal plans, weight loss recipes, and other Services. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below to understand your rights and options when purchasing from us.
1. Digital Product Sales
a. Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital product has been delivered (e.g., downloaded or accessed), we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
b. Exceptions: We may consider refunds in specific cases where the product is found to be defective or not as described. If you believe you qualify for a refund based on this, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at recipesbypooh@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue.
2. Incorrect or Defective Products
a. Reporting Issues: If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request and, if it is determined that there was an error on our part, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
b. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
